We booked our flight and hotel for the Las Vegas Half today. No turning back now. I am ALL IN!

Why the Las Vegas Theme?

I set a goal of running the Rock-n-Roll 1/2 Marathon in Las Vegas this December. I love Las Vegas, so it seems logical to run my first 1/2 marathon down the strip at night. This design serves as a constant reminder of where I want my running to take me.

Goals

5k under 28 minutes
Weekly Mileage over 15
Lose 5 more lbs by June 1

Milestones

4/30/11 - 5k under 30 min.
4/28/11 - 10 lbs gone
4/24/11 - Weekly Milege = 10
4/9/11 - First 5k in 30:05
3/31/11 - 5 lbs gone
3/17/11 - First Run
